For HGA’s inaugural Impact Report, the creative vision transformed 70 years of sustainability work into transparent, data-backed storytelling. This wasn’t a brochure. It was accountability made visual.

Working with external writers and a commissioned illustrator, the team developed visual strategy and design to translate complex industry commitments (like the AIA 2030 Challenge) into accessible stories and infographics—positioning HGA’s environmental and social progress for clients, partners, and future talent.

The report set the standard for HGA’s future ESG communications and became a business development asset across social, web, and internal channels.
